At Art by Elysa Espinoza, each item is crafted with intention and care. Our collections are made in limited quantities or individually produced through trusted print-on-demand partners. As a result, all purchases are considered final sale. This policy helps protect the integrity of Elysa’s work as a small-batch artist and ensures clarity for you, the collector.
Eligibility Criteria
Because of the nature of our products—including original paintings, prints, and made-to-order merchandise—we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images carefully before making a purchase.
Items damaged during shipping or orders that arrive in error (wrong product, size, or print) may qualify for a replacement. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos clearly showing the issue.
Return Process

Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once we review your claim, we’ll let you know if a replacement will be issued or if further steps are needed. Replacements will be processed as quickly as possible, and shipping fees (if any) will be covered in cases of verified damage or error.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing misunderstandings, or color discrepancies due to screen variations. All items are final sale. If your replacement request is approved, we’ll produce and ship a new item at no cost to you.
